While all privacy policies start out saying this, privacy really is important to me, especially on the internet. I (Michael Picher) promise to respect your privacy and will not share any of your personal information with anyone beyond the scope of the services that I am providing through my website. On this page, I will do my best to explain what information is collected, why it is collected, and how you can opt out in certain situations (hopefully in more detail than is actually necessary). In most cases, I only collect or have access to the following personal information (please note that other third party websites may require additional personal information, which you can read more about further down this page):

Only individuals who are at least 15 years old (18 years old is even better) may use the services provided through my website, including, but limited to, contact and subscription forms.
Contact Form & Email:
When you use the contact form on this website, your email address is required, so I can respond to your message, and will be processed by Netlify, in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Your name also may be collected, if you voluntarily provide it as part of your message or it is in your email address. The same goes for any other personal information that you voluntarily provide, such as your home address or phone number (which is not required in most situations). Once I receive your message through the contact form, or you send me an Email directly, any further correspondence will be conducted through email, unless another communication platform is desired.
Sales and Commissions/Freelance:
Sales of my sample libraries area conducted on and through Payhip.com, in accordance with their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Your Email address is required by Payhip to download any of my sample libraries and may be used to contact you (through the Email Updates feature provided by Payhip.com) when newer versions of my sample libraries are available. You can opt out of these updates by not checking the "Send me product updates and offers via email" option at the time of purchase or by contacting me.
Sales of my music, in the form of audio downloads, are conducted on and through Bandcamp.com, in accordance with their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Correspondence for any freelance work or commissions that I am asked to provide, will be conducted through email or social media direct message (DM)/chat, depending on your preference. In case of the latter, it will be done in accordance to each social media website's own privacy policy. Payment for my services will be conducted on and through PayPal.com, in accordance with their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. I do not collect, nor do I have any way to view your financial information (i.e. bank account, credit/debit card, etc.), that you are required to provide when purchasing one of my sample libraries, or commission/freelance services. I do keep receipts generated through Payhip.com and PayPal.com, for tax purposes.
